Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the position of Communications and Education Lead (Grade VII) with The Water Forum (An Fóram Uisce). The Water Forum is a national stakeholder body with a statutory role to provide advice on water policy and the management of Ireland’s water resources. This post will be a full-time contract position until December 2027 and it will be facilitated by Tipperary County Council.
The Communications and Education Lead will be responsible for the planning and delivery of the communication and education elements of the Water Forum’s Strategic Plan. This is a leadership role with the Forum working collaboratively with members, staff and external stakeholders. Responsible for managing the implementation of the Forum’s communication strategy including drafting of press releases, annual reports, newsletters, content creation for digital and social media and organising workshops and conferences.
Salary Scale: €59,417 - €77,243 (2nd LSI)
Starting pay for all new entrants will be at the minimum of the scale. A panel will be created from which future positions may be offered during the lifetime of the panel.
