Wexford County Council invites applicants for the post of Craftworker Mechanic. Selection for this post will be by means of interview and candidates may be shortlisted based on applications submitted. Panels may be formed from which vacancies may be filled. Applications will only be accepted on the official Wexford County Council application form as advertised with the post.

Candidates must, on the closing date for receipt of application forms for the post:-
a. Hold a National Craft Certificate in Motor Mechanics or equivalent. (Please submit a copy of your certificate with your application form)
b. Have a minimum of 3 years recent Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) experience in a busy modern workshop.
c. Hold a current clean full (Class C) driving licence, details of which must be entered on the application form.
 It is also desirable but not essential that candidates:
i) Hold a current Safe Pass Card
 Successful candidates will be required to have a valid Safe Pass Card prior to taking up duty.
