Cork City Council invites applications, on the official application form, from suitably qualified persons, who wish to be considered for inclusion on a panel from which temporary and permanent vacancies for the post of Senior Executive Librarian may be filled.

The post of Senior Executive Librarian is a senior management post in Cork City Council Libraries. Each Senior Executive Librarian reports directly to the Cork City Librarian and is a member of the Libraries Management Team. In addition to these duties, the Senior Executive Librarian shall carry out such other related duties as will be assigned by the City Librarian from time to time.
