An opportunity now exists in Galway City Council for the position of Senior Executive Engineer.
The Senior Executive Engineer role offers a dynamic and varied leadership opportunity within Galway City Council. The successful candidate will manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee the delivery of capital projects and essential services across multiple directorates. Working closely with senior management, elected members, and external agencies, they will help shape and implement strategic policy, drive innovation, and ensure value for money.
The role is interchangeable across directorates. Delivery of efficient services and value for money is crucial. They may also be required to deputise for the Senior Engineer.
