An opportunity now exists in Limerick City and County Council for the position of Regional Enterprise Plan (REP) Programme Manager.
The role will involve assisting with the development, establishment and servicing of appropriate structures to support the sub-committees and developing specific actions and targets to facilitate the enterprise and economic development, branding and promotion of the Region.
The REP Programme Manager will be expected to engage at senior level with relevant stakeholders including, among others, Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment (DETE), Local Authorities, Enterprise Ireland, IDA Ireland, Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), and Education and Training Board’s (ETBs), tourism agencies, industry leaders, Chambers of Commerce and the broader business community in the implementation of the Regional Enterprise Plan. The REP Programme Manager will work closely with the Regional Skills Forum Manager to ensure an integrated approach to skills development supporting job creation in the region.
